100th post.....

.....wow.....can't believe it. And lately I've been terribly lax about posting. But I appreciate any who stop by and read my blog. Rest assured I have more big plans for the next 100!! So, I tried to decide how best to celebrate and I came up with 2 ideas.

First I wanted to share this amazing video that came my way this week from a very dear friend. I don't forward many emails, especially not to everyone on my list, but this was the exception. Watch and I think you will agree. My response was two words: Amen and Wow!! Enjoy!!

Second I wanted to have a giveaway to celebrate my 100th post. I am planning to send to a loving home, one of the latest bags I have crocheted. You can find more in my Etsy store: http://www.shellyraewood.etsy.com/ This bag is fun and flirty and pink!! It is made from a variegated pinks yarn and a luscious pink homespun yarn. It features 2 fun vintage buttons for the closure.

So, now you're wondering how do I enter to win this goodie?? All you need do is reply to THIS post only, making sure I can contact you via email. You must also give me your best caption for the following picture. We'll have a family vote and choose the winners. Don't stress....just have fun, ok?? All entries must be in by Wednesday, February 3rd, midnight Eastern time. The picture is of 2 of our girls: Jinx and Smudgey.
Apparently I left my studio desk drawer open a bit.......

Oh my gosh, pink is my daughter's favorite color! I would love to fill this with other Valentine Day goodies and surprise her! Congrats on your milestone post as well-blogging is such fun! I also love the pics of the cats in the drawer. Mine do the same thing, they seem to like to get into things and snuggle-they look like twins, for a moment I thought I was seeing double! Are they from the same litter?

The bag is awesome, and I would so love to win it since pink is also my favorite color. I started on a bag one time....now where did I put that.
