I have a friend who has made several of these and I think they are great!! I decided I needed to make one for a gift. We had River Town Days this weekend and a huge garage sale down at the river. I was able to acquire the egg finial and the gorgeous blue vase their for just $3 total!! :::smiles::: The blue wine bottles we have um a "few" of. :) It is our fave wine. The glass stones are also something I had here along with the clear glass daisy plate. It was too much fun. I used "Liquid Nails Clear Seal" Sealant in a tube http://www.liquidnails.com/products/product.jsp?productId=4
for the stones and E6000 glue http://www.biosafe-inc.com/e6000Industrial.htm to bond the pieces. When it gets to it's new home it will be mounted with the E6000 to a piece of rebar. I hope my recipient likes it. I am totally happy with how it came out!! When I make the next ones for our garden I will take step by step pics and share!! Enjoy!!

Hi Shelly. Came to your blog from ARTHaven. I just had to see what you were talking about "glass garden totem." I do a whole lot of gardening and this would be a great asset for my gardens. I live in southeast Iowa and could find plenty of bottles for less than a buck. Thanks so much for sharing your beauties.
